Additional Transport Guidelines:

• Drivers will only wait 5 minutes at each assigned pick-up point. Please be prompt for your pick-up. Passengers who are late for their pick-up affect more than just themselves, they affect all passenger after them. If the passenger does not appear within the 5-minute window, it will be considered a no-show.
• Please make sure to cancel or make changes to any pre-scheduled or permanent ride schedules that are not needed within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• A no-show is when the passenger fails to show up for their pick-up at the designated time. It is the responsibility of the Panther Transport passenger to utilize the service in a responsible manner. Passengers not using the service responsibly will be subject to suspension from Panther Transport. Any passenger receiving four (4) or more no-shows is subject to service suspension until they speak with the Director of Panther Transit.
